Our social work operates, while maintainig a Christian Identity, in a way in which all Volunteers can participate in solidarity with a humanitarian vision of life. We dedicate our work those who are helpless, seeing them as individuals which can contribute something to society, recognizing them as vulnerable and marginalized people.

Our Christian Objectiveis to reach in love, the people who suffer misery, lack the necessities of life, or suffer from some disability. We encourage them to restore their lives in Christ, offering friendship, pastoral advice, personal contact, constant visitation, and we supply practical necessities to win souls and their faith in a personal way, welcoming and valuing these abandoned communities who possess gifts and talents that can themselves be offered to Christian Churches.
Our Social Objectiveis to advance the awareness of Peruvian society to the necessities of the destitute citizens of our Country. We hope to provide the necessities of life to these communities, and we hope to educate these communities and others that these poor individuals can generate their own progress, employment, and improvement, which can provide benefits, as well, to other Peruvians.
Espíritus Creativos — Christian Ministriescarries out General Programs of voluntary service that do not require any special study or professional experience:
Language Volunteer: These Volunteers have, as goal, the basic tinstruction of Spanish or English to rural children and young. While they enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the Andean grassland, their teachings will positively effect the future of these rural groups. These classes can be arranged from Monday to Friday, for three hours after school, divided into classes of basic grammar and practical conversation.
Educational Volunteer: These Volunteers do not need to be certified teachers, with secondary education they have enough experience to support the rural children and young of school age, or to provide support for the parents who have not had basic instructions in how to support the educational progress of their children. These classes can be arranged from Monday to Friday, for three hours during the school day.
Recreational Volunteer: These Volunteers must have a lgreat deal of enthusiasm, leadership qualities, and the necessary vigor to work with rural children and young, providing stimulation through the practice of outdoors activities, music, singing, cultural walks, recreational activities, and competitive sports. These activities can be arranged from Monday to Friday, for three hours during the day in local playgrounds or sports fields.
Entrepreneurial Volunteer: These volunteers will offer an enjoyable and culturally relevant alternative to scholastic education for the rural children and youth, by teaching artisanal production such as ceramics, textiles, painting, cooking, glass production, handiworks, carpentry, sewing, electrical skills, etc.This allows these young people to have an alternative set of skills to promote their economic well-being.These activities can be arranged from Monday to Friday, for three hours during the day.
Construction Volunteer:These volunteers sill share their professional training, or if not trained in construction, will participate in our institutional projects to facilitate our social activities.These projects will, in addition, improve the living conditions of rural people by improving housing, electrical services, water, and health-related facilities.Such projects improve the standards of living of rural people who live in conditions of ignorance and underdevelopment.These projects can be arranged Monday through Friday, with a minimum time commitment of three hours.

Therapist Volunteer:These volunteers are doctors, nurses, medical students, medical technicians, as well as other professionals who have experience providing sanitary and other therapies health services for attention People with Disabilities.These individuals work in rural communities, and these projects can be arranged from Monday through Friday in our community center.Volunteers determine their own schedules.
Health Volunteer:These volunteers are doctors, nurses, medical students, medical technicians, as well as other professionals who have experience providing sanitary and other basic health services.These individuals work in rural communities, and these projects can be arranged from Monday through Friday in our community center.Volunteers determine their own schedules.
Rural Volunteer:The volunteers who work in this area have experience and knowledge in cattle ranching, agriculture, small animal breeding, horticulture, and who are willing to facilitate the cultural exchange and exchange of technical knowledge with rural people, through work which supports the agricultural work of rural people.These works can be arranged from Monday through Friday in private land parcels and in community lands.Volunteers determine their own schedules.
Christian Volunteer:Christians who work in this evangelical initiative must be involved in ministries in their own respective churches.Believers are called by our Lord Jesus Christ to establish His Christian Church in the world, and to participate in the planting of local Christian Churches in unconverted communities, sharing with all nations the Word of God and His Plan of Salvation.Volunteers determine their own schedules.
Espíritus Creativos — Christian Ministries carry out a method and process of implementation based on the reception of candidates, selection of volunteers, assignment of volunteers to service activities, training, supervision, and the evaluation of voluntary service.
Candidates for the Volunteer Corps must send their resume or curriculum vitae with photograph, present a medical report certifying that the altitude of the Cusco area (11,300 ft.) will not be a problem, present a clean police record, be a minimum of 15 years of age, and be willing to work jointly with a Christian Entity.
Candidates must also be willing to listen and empathize, possess good communication skills, and be willing to express their intentions, feelings, warmth and respect.They must also know their own emotional and physical limitations and be willing to recognize when it is time to stop.
Selected volunteers can join our volunteers at any time, participating for a minimum of two weeks and a maximum of six months. The maximum term of participation can be extended at the request of the volunteer, and with the approval of the Institution.
Selected volunteers who do not have lodging or residence in the city of Cusco must pay 115 American Dollars or 80 Euros per week for the provision of room and board in a Family House, including private room, full board, two Peruvian cooking classes, one class of Peruvian candy-making, and a city tour (not including entrance ticket to local attractions).
For our Institution is not possible to provide free room and board to the Volunteers.All low profits obtained for homestay in Cusco are used to support the children projects, especially our Charitable Educational Institution in Huerta Village, that providing complete free tuition, uniform, shoes, books, material and supplies for all students in the Christian School.
Administrative expenses do not include transportation expenses. Voluntary service takes place in Huerta Village, Province of Anta, about a 45 minute ride from Cusco.Round trip fare is approximately 1.50 American Dollars or 1.20 Euros.
Volunteers can also collaborate with the donation of food, educational materials, clothes, toys, books, school materials, used electronics, implements of health, products for disabled people, and/or economic support for our institutional projects. All donations received are used to support the children projects, gives direct help to extremely neglected children in rural villages of the Province of Anta in Cusco.
