Espíritus Creativos — Christian Ministries believes that education is a right that belongs to all, regardless of their background. Education is also the best way to help rural children find a better future, and to open up more opportunities than were available to their parents. Of course, providing a sound education to all children should be one of the first priorities of any government, society or community. The reality, however, it is far removed from this, as Peru's rural villages possess a patchy educational system at best, where the rural person with a minimum of education, often becomes a teacher. The result is that teachers are often underqualified and underpaid. With few qualified teachers, parents often choose not to send their children to schools which provide their children with additional opportunities; instead the children work to contribute to the family income.

Helping to Sponsor a Christian Teacher helps all of the rural children in our Charitable Educational Institution "Espíritus Creativos — Christian Ministries", no only a single child, giving a whole group of children an experience that will last their lifetimes. We generally assign several sponsors to each teacher, in increments of 35 American Dollars or 28 Euros, to reach the full level of support per month. The money is used for teacher's salaries, and will help towards occasional teacher training courses to ensure that educational standards are maintained.

Espíritus Creativos — Christian Ministries believes that Sponsor A Local Pastor or Sponsor A Native Missionary represents one of the most economical, fruitful, and wisest ways to maximize your gift for world evangelization. By Sponsor A Local Pastor or Sponsor A Native Missionary, you can collaborate with one of these faithful and fruitful believers to plant Christian Churches among communities untouched by Christian evangelism.

It takes between 100 American Dollars or 80 Euros (part time) and 300 American Dollars or 240 Euros (full time) per month to Sponsor A Local Pastor or Sponsor A Native Missionary, including family support and ministry expenses. We generally assign several sponsors to each missionary in increments of 35 American Dollars or 28 Euros to reach the full level of support per month.
